What is GovFleet Namibia?

GovFleet Namibia is a digital fleet management platform that replaces paper-based transport requests, approval, vehicle allocation, inspections, fuel records, trip closure and maintenance with one secure, traceable workflow.

How is access controlled?

Access is role-based. Requesters, approvers, transport staff, drivers, administrators and auditors receive only the routes and actions relevant to their responsibilities, with tenant separation between organisations.

What happens after a transport request is submitted?

The request moves through the organisation’s configured review and approval workflow. Transport operations can then confirm requirements, allocate an eligible vehicle and driver, prepare authority records and release the trip for operation.
